17th Annual Cornfield 500 Tentative Schedule, 2017
(Girls Rule, Boys Drool, Dedicated to the Cornfield 500 Female Entertainers, Racers, and to Raising Funds for Hunt of a Lifetime, with Our Special Guest, Arianna Evans)
Primitive Camping will be $40 per vehicle/spot for weekend. VIP Camping is for Staff and VIP Only. (Must purchase admission to the event for all people camping in order to camp). ATV registration is $10 per vehicle for the weekend - (For property riding and ATV Rodeo, See rules and regulations for A.T.V.’s) Please read all our rules and regulations for event/property on website and posted on property. Bring your favorite chair for spectating, awnings and ATV’s allowed in designated area only.
Everyone must have an Admission wrist band, and have signed/understood waiver!
Friday, Sept. 1st - Free Admission to Public, (Campers Must Pay Admission): 12pm-6:30pm, see displays by several vendors, both food and products. Mega Trucks and 1 Ton Trucks will be on display at various locations on Route 6, in Corry and Columbus, from 2-6pm.
Vehicle Pre-registration from 12pm to 7pm, see Race Specs. on Website for Stock car racing.
7pm to 11pm - Live music by one of Erie’s favorite rock bands, “CRUSH”, in the Miller‘s barn.
Saturday, Sept. 2nd - Gates open at 10am, Event starts at 12 Noon Admission Prices: Adults, (ages 21+): $15, Children (ages 6-20): $10 (5 and under Free) Pit Pass: $10 all weekend (+ daily gate fee) (Racer wrist bands are acquired with their $55 registration and do not need a pit pass, (Also, daily race wristbands will be given to Mega’s, 1Tons, and ATV Racers per their registration, includes admission and pits)
($5 Discount per person for weekend pass, online ONLY, at www.cornfield500.com must have voucher and ID, and exchange for wristbands)
(VIP is for $500+ sponsors and certain entertainers only, not for sale, not for under 21)
12 Noon - Prayer by Dr. John Kozik. National Anthem by Rachel Nicely, and Honor Color Guard presented by the WFW. Parade of Performers! Green flag dropped by our PA State Rep., Kathy Rapp for 8/10 mile Road Course, 4, 6, & 8 cylinder 3 lap Heats, 4x4cross Throttle King Series with Mega Trucks and 1 Tons in the Mud Pits and Drags, New ATV/UTV races, Special exhibitions with MX, and H.O.A.L. Mud Run. 5 lap stock Features paid to 5th depending on entrants & 15 lap Enduro, racing for $1,000-1st, $300-2nd, $200-3rd. (all stock car racing should end around 4:30pm). Mega and 1 Ton Playing in the Mud, then ATV Rodeo and Happy Hour after all other events and vehicles are off the track, approx. 7:30pm till dark. Then party around the barn, camp sites, and bon fire, with Buffalo’s own, “Black Widow“, 7:30-11:30pm.
Display, Crafters and Food Vendors all weekend with Food & Refreshments, so please NO Food to be brought into spectator area. B.Y.O.Beverage IS allowed – No Glass & No Underage drinking. Please be responsible and respectful! Security and Undercover Police are on Premises.
Helicopter rides on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm, for $40 per person ($5 going to HOAL).
Vehicle wash station available by Dura Clean, after events.
No Professional Photographers allowed to take pictures unless approved by property owners.
(Everyone must have admission wrist band plus pit pass or racer pass to be in the pits, under 18 must be accompanied by adult to be on property and accompanied in the pits).
Sunday, Sept. 3rd - Gates open at 10am, show starts at 12 Noon – Admission Prices: Adults, (ages 21+): $20, Children (ages 6-20): $15 (5 and under Free) Pit Pass: $5 Sunday (+ daily gate fee).12pm - Prayer by Pastor Les Utegg, National Anthem by Krysten Knievel, Female soldiers presenting our colors, Performances by MX freestyle, MEGA and 1 Ton Trucks performing freestyle and the Moonshine Camo Pulling Sled Competition, New ATV/UTV races. Hunt of a Lifetime Mud Run and 20 lap, Stock Car Shoot-out on 8/10 mile Road Course. (same Specs as Saturday, with a $45 reg. by 11:30am includes racers gate fee and pit pass), Race for $500-1st, $200-2nd, $100-3rd prize, ($200 HOAL) racing ends around 5:00pm. Registered ATV's, will be allowed on track for ATV rodeo, after all other events & vehicles are off the track. Live music 7-12 Midnight featuring, “Krysten Knievel’s Daredevil Band”, from Chicago, with Gibson Fireworks around 9:45pm.
