As you are aware there is a Pandemic, that has the whole world in a worrisome time.  As a result, our events are canceled for 2020.  However, we look forward to two great shows in 2021!

If you are a Sponsor, your money or In-Kind Services, will be used for our Show Expenses for 2021.  Your Sponsorship Advertising will still be honored, and your Business’ advertising will be done for the following event year, and you can still deduct on your taxes as Advertising.  We really appreciate our great Sponsors, and know you will get your value, at the same time helping us in these difficult times.

If you are an event Spectator, and decide to reserve a Camping Spot, Discounted Weekend Pass, Daily Pass, or Pit Pass from our Website, you will not be able to get a refund.  However, your receipt of purchase will be able to be used at our next year's event.  Make sure you print out your receipt as proof to bring to the next event.  We do rely on Pre-Sales to help with Pre-Event Expenses, so we appreciate if you can do this to help us in these difficult times.

Let’s all hope and pray we all get through this, financially, emotionally, health and life wise, and these events will be a Great Celebration of the Control of this Virus.  Safety is our #1 Priority, make sure you follow what needs to be done to stay safe, and it will get better.
